Police Seek Info on Hit-And-Run

The Freehold Township Police are still looking for information concerning a hit-and-run accident on Route 9 yesterday morning.

Police were called to the intersection of Routes 9 and 33 at around 5:15 AM yesterday, based on reports that a man on a bicycle had been hit by a motorist going through a green light.

Anyone with information on the motorist or accident is asked to call Detective Eric Kerecman of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office at (800) 533-7443 or Freehold Township Traffic Officer Richard Dentroux at 732-462-7908, ext. 3064.
