asb-543t5hy17xkf3cwngwa_layoutOn Saturday, the crowd-favorite Santa Train will ride again. The Freehold PBA offers this fun event each year, as an old-time train careens from Old Bridge to Jamesburg,  and right through Freehold.

Crowds line the tracks and are welcomed aboard by Santa and his holiday-themed elves and conductors for treats and wish-lists.The train ride is at 12PM at the station on Throckmorton.

Breakfast & Brunch With Santa

Each weekend, restaurants in downtown Freehold host Breakfast with Santa. Like character breakfasts in Disney World, kids get to hug, squeeze, and hang onto Santa while parents much away on tasty foods.

This weekend, Santa will be riding into Sweet Lew's on Saturday morning at 9AM and Zebu on Sunday, also at 9AM. Food is a la carte at both places, but hanging with the Big Man is absolutely free.

Over in the Township, Brunch with Santa and Mrs. Clause is being held at the Battleground Country Club from 11-1. A full brunch with french toast, eggs, ziti, chicken fingers, and beverages will be served; the price is $20 for children and $24 for adults.

Menorah Lighting

To ring in the Hanukkah Festival, Freehold Borough will light the town Menorah on Monday night outside the Hall of Records.  The ceremonies commence at 5PM.
