TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 537 shutdown caused by crash

A serious accident has shut down a portion of Route 537, police said.

The road is closed between Gravel Hill Road and Route 524, said Detective Sgt. Jerry Kiwit.

A medivac has been called to the scene.

More information about the crash is expected to be available later today.
